Q1 - Do I need to wait for 2-3 weeks to order the displayed clothes in your blog?
Answer - You do not need to wait until a certain period as all available clothes are IN-HAND stocks. We do not provide PRE-ORDER clothing.

Q2 - Will you post my paid item immediately ?
Answer - We would try our best to post your parcel immediately but we could only pack all parcels & go to the Post Office twice a week (Monday & Saturday).

Q3 - Do you accept C.O.D (cash on delivery) ?
Answer - We are no longer providing the C.O.D.

Q4 - Do you refund your customer ?
Answer - We will refund back to you if the item is no longer available.

Q5 - Do you accept order cancellation?
Answer - Yes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours & do let us know immediately so that we can put back the ordered item on sale.

Q6 - Do you accept reservation ?
Answer - Yes, we do accept reservation within 2 days, but your item will be released back for sale without notice if we do not receive any payment after 2 days.

Q7 - I have just received my cloth, but it does not fit me well, can I return this cloth back to you & replace with a new cloth?
Answer - We are really sorry as goods that have been sold are not EXCHANGEABLE nor RETURNABLE, thus, please check the provided measurement thoroughly.

Q8 - My POS LAJU parcel was torn and my clothes are all drenched, could I get my money refunded?
Answer - We are again sorry as we shall not be obliged for any parcel's damage nor loss during the delivery course & money will not be refunded as we would inspect all parcels thoroughly before sending them off.

Q9 - I have just hand-washed my new shirt & the colour went fade, after all I am really sure that I did not mixed up the detergent with bleach. Could I get a new shirt?
Answer - We are truly sorry as we should not be held for any washing mishap as our sole responsibility is to make sure that your shirt is delivered accordingly and in good condition.
